BAD:

    • It’s very expensive
    • No-headphone-jack

I personally think it's a great buy for you. It's gonna turn heads if you're working at corporate level. The hardware specs are great enough for casual gaming, for taking great quality videos and pictures, and for great overall phone performance.

It's really frustrating that you can't plug-in earphones for hands-free use or listening to music on the move.

But it's a great addition to the Samsung Galaxy family with already a great collection of smartphones available. Here are reasons why.

So, you still think you can handle one of the top rated smartphones of 2019? If you can, if you want a powerful smartphone with great specs and features, and have a really deep pocket, then consider it as your next buy.

    • Same features as the S10/S10 plus
    • Mid-range hardware specs
    • Affordable price

BAD:

    • Comes in a smaller battery

The good thing about this phone is that it has the same processing power found in the S10/S10 plus. The screen may be smaller but has the same display features as the top range phones as well.

It also has the same durable features such as water and dust resistant, a back triple lens camera with a front selfie camera, and 1TB microSD expandable memory option. Let's not forget the headphone jack feature and the cheaper price.

So if you are looking for a cheaper version, don't mind the smaller screen and smaller battery, then get this top-ranked smartphone, the Galaxy S10e.

GOOD:

    • Very affordable price
    • The option to expand storage to 1TB
    • Decent phone performance
    • Best battery life

BAD:

    • Average hardware specs
    • Average quality display
    • Limited premium features
    • Average camera quality

The G7 Power is just a smartphone that appeals to a target market that don't see the need for all the premium features that other top rated smartphones provide. The only thing that stands out is the huge battery inside that will give you 15 hours of battery life per charge.

Overall, this is a great phone. It will get through the day, it works well, and you won't have to worry about it power. If you are looking for a smartphone for primary use, don't mind living without the high features of other top-ranked smartphones except for longer lasting battery, then this may be a good option for you.

The motorised pop-up camera leaves the smartphone without a normal lens in front, giving it a unique look to it, almost making it look better. I really like that feature.

It's a pity it has no microSD slot, but you have 3 model options from 128 to 256GB internal storage. It would be a nice addition.

Overall, the Oneplus 7 Pro's a great smartphone with a choice of models that cater to any budget, with hardware specs that give it great performance for normal use and casual gaming, and camera quality that may not be the best but still performs well.

When it comes to adventure phone wise, 2019 is my best year so far because I’ve been able to read about phone that are just spectacular in their own way, I’ve operated most of them, even some in this article foe personal experience during exhibitions. My favourite generally Is the Samsung Galaxy S10 plus because of its interesting features, I got one already so I can say it’s a good catch. Thanks.

  2. Having been a fairly loyal Samsung user for years, this year I switched over to the OnePlus 7 because I got a good deal on it. I’ve been really impressed with it, way above my expectations. It just does everything I want it to, is completely intuitive and has settings for everything. Plus it has a great battery life and I find the camera more than good enough for my needs.

  3. Hello there, thanks for this for awesome article it was very nice and unbiased as your selections where top notch my favourite was the iPhone 11pro max just because it has the 4K camera and I support the note 10 as the no 1 because it’s durable and also it looks fragile but it relatively very strong thanks alot it would he us in choosing our smartphones.

Hey, I am wondering if you don’t think that Huawei have powerful phones. I think Huawei have the best smartphones ever. Have you seen Huawei P30 Pro? I think it should be in the list 🤔

    1. I agree with you. Huawei does have awesome mobile phones but let’s be honest… This was Samsung’s year to shine. They release so many phones this year it’s not even funny. I’m sure Huawei will come back stronger later on in the future. But for now, Samsung takes the bigger peace, oh, and don’t forget iPhone.

  7. I know about most of the phones listed here, although I have not used them anyways but for sure I would love to get one of them. Samsung has amazing phones with powerful features.
